Product Overview

The Admira A10 features a classic solid cedar top coupled with rosewood back and sides, the mahogany neck is reinforced with rosewood and is finished in high-gloss with gold machineheads.

The A10 is crafted with the traditional spanish heel neck joint which is considered the most highly developed neck joint in guitar construction. It is significantly more complex than a glued neck, but the sonic benefits are worth the effort. When building a guitar with a Spanish neck, neck and headblock are carved from one piece of wood.

Our Handcrafted guitars are a fusion of the best quality materials, designs and manufacturing techniques by our highly skilled and passionate Spanish-trained luthiers. Our luthiers use traditional handcrafting methods to produce guitars with exceptional tone, clarity and expression.

"I chose the guitar both as a result of reliable guidance from the store where I've bought most of my guitars and having tried the instrument. I'd also researched classical guitars, including the Admira range, to determine which model might be right for me. In the short time which I've been able to familiarise myself with it, it's justified my choice. It's a wonderful guitar with a rich tone. I look forward to playing it. A lot!"

"I was looking for a reasonably priced cedar top to match my improving skills. I learnt about Admira from the Internet, and encouraged by favourable reviews I ordered one online. The guitar arrived with really comfortable string action (around 2.5 mm at twelfth fret on the high e string), didn't have any buzz and needed no additional regulation. The sound is typical for solid cedar tops - very mellow and loud with deep lower and sweet, 'plonky' higher tones. Works extremely well with pre-1900 repertoire, as well as modern dissonant pieces. I would highly recommend this particular model and the brand as a whole, Admira guitars really look and sound like they're much more expensive than they are."
